12-minute strategy: Start an accountability journal to reference daily. Write down one personal and one professional goal you plan to accomplish over the next 7 days along with specific actions you plan to take to achieve them.

  • Each day, record your progress, challenges encountered, and any adjustments made to your action plan.
  • Each day as your review your goals, reflect on your commitment to your goals and what you can do differently the next day to achieve that week’s goal.
